Remember a loved one this Christmas with a Penguino Christmas ornament. We will hang your ornament with the name of your loved one on our Christmas tree at University Hospital Coventry. Minimum donation of £3 or buy two and we will send one out to you for your own Christmas tree

• £3 for one or two for £6 including postage
• Write your message in the delivery comment box at check out or email uhcwcharity@uhcw.nhs.uk with your order number and message (only appropriate messages will be shared)
• Penguin shaped MDF. Hand finished by the charity team with red and white ribbon and UHCW Charity stamp. Products may vary from image displayed
• Collection from the Charity Hub, University Coventry, for UHCW Staff only
• Due to Covid-19 restrictions we cannot accept returns
