Christmas Delivery Period

Christmas is a very busy time for us here at UHCW Charity, and if you are kind enough to bring donations to the Hospital for our staff or patients over the Christmas period, we want to make sure we are available to help you and also have enough time to thank you properly.

Delivery slots can be booked between 9th – 19th December between 9am – 4pm.

Please note this does NOT include the weekend, 14th & 15th December

Please deliver your gifts directly to the Charity Hub located in the main reception area. If you have a large delivery which requires the use of roller cages, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours before.

You are welcome to take photographs during your delivery. We ask that you take care not to include members of the public. When sharing photographs on social media, please tag in UHCW Charity so that we can share your generosity.

Please note that we are unable to provide free parking and we are also unable to cancel any parking charge notices that are incurred. All car parks and drop off areas are ANPR monitored with drop off areas having a strict 10 minute time limit.
