Bradbury Sensory Room
Left: Current Sensory Room Right: Potential Sensory Room
“For William a sensory room is ideal both to stimulate his senses when he is feeling inactive and to calm his senses when he is feeling overactive. We feel that by providing William a sense of calm and comfort, is also helping William to self regulate his emotions, which he struggles with” – Claire, Mum of William
Bradbury house is an NHS overnight respite service for children with learning disabilities and complex behaviours
“Here at Bradbury house we like to see the children treated as children first over their additional needs. We pride ourselves on providing good quality care while insuring that most importantly children have fun” – Charlotte, Deputy Manager
The current sensory room is not fit for purpose, with YOUR help we want to be able to provide the children with a calming but welcoming new sensory room to enjoy during their stay
