UHCW Charity is delighted to announce Tile Hill Starbucks as its latest corporate supporter, who within a couple of weeks of partnering have raised over £600!
Store Manager Jenny and four of her team decided to conquer Mount Snowden to raise vital funds to support staff, patients and their families across University Hospital Coventry and Rugby St Cross.
“Climbing Mt Snowdon is something I like to do at least once a year. My grandfather worked on the mountain rescue team with his dog Gellert and owned a hotel in Llanberis so the space is special for me and my family as it brings back memories of him. This year I am taking my store team with me to test our teamwork, endurance and to help us bond after 18 months of not being able to socialise outside of work!
We thought whilst doing it, it would be a great opportunity to raise some money for charity too and have proudly raised over £600 for University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire Charity to support them with amazing projects to enhance the lives of those who really need it!” – Jenny Holmes, Store Manager, Starbucks Tile Hill
The Starbucks team will be supporting UHCW Charity through fundraising events and volunteering, all to make a positive difference for their local Hospitals.
